Jon is a commercially astute and strategically focused senior finance professional with more than 20 years’ experience in diverse industries, nine years of which have been spent working internationally. He has a depth of corporate and commercial experience in several geographic regions including USA, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Commencing his corporate career with KPMG, Jon gained multi-faceted global experience in audit, advisory, consulting, M&A and private business services roles across the globe for over a decade. Subsequent positions included senior finance director, CFO and operational roles with CSR Limited, Dakota Capital and Palisade Investment Partners, with his most recent position being the Asia Pacific Finance Director for James Hardie Industries.
Jon completed a Bachelor of Commerce Double Major – Accounting and Business Law from Macquarie University in 1999, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Director, Operations & Finance
A founding member of the SenSen team, Surendra has 20+ years of management and leadership experience with global IT consulting services, technology product start-ups and public-sector organizations (oil & gas) in Australia and India.
Surendra is heavily involved in many operational areas including pre-sales, tenders and contracts management, performance analysis and financial reporting.
He is a graduate of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India, with advanced training from Project Management Institute, USA.
Director, Sales & Marketing – Intelligent Transportation
Michael has extensive experience in the parking technology sector, having held senior management and sales positions with a number of international parking solutions companies including UbiPark, CellOPark, Parkmobile International and Secure Parking. In each of those roles, he was responsible for driving sales growth and new technology implementation with customers in large City Councils, Universities and Airports.
While at Parking Payment App provider CellOPark Australia, Michael introduced new technologies such as the Licence Plate based vPermit solution and grew the number of clients 10 fold in a three year period.
Director, ITS Strategy and Business Development
Peter Wells has significant executive government and industry leadership experience, with a background in large scale customer service delivery, regulatory programs and managing, complex projects.
Peter brings strong executive skills in Planning, Transport, Natural Resources, Environment and Regulation, following previous Executive Director and General Manager roles at the NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS), and the NSW Environmental Protection Agency, respectively. Additionally, he is the Chairperson of the Local Planning Panel of a number of Sydney Councils, including Woollahra, Mosman and Canada Bay.
Director, India Operations
Madan has more than 10 years’ experience working with video based products and solutions. He is development manager of the SenDISA platform and delivery support for customers across the world.
Before joining SenSen, Madan was a founding engineer of i2V Systems (Gurgaon, India) where he delivered enterprise level video management software and worked in various roles including technical leadership, business strategy and delivery support. Before starting i2V Systems, Madan worked with VVDN technologies (Gurgaon, India) on video surveillance software and video analytics.
Madan started his career with Kritikal SecureScan (Noida, India) as software development engineer and worked on VehiScan, a product based on automatic
number plate recognition for Indian number plates.
Madan is a graduate of IIIT Allahabad in Information Technology.
Director, Gaming Sales & Operations
Ainslie has over 20 years’ experience working in the gaming/hospitality industry. A capable leader in casino operations, project management, product development and implementation, sales and procurement. In these roles Ainslie was responsible for delivering business growth, and developed a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements to introduce new products to a gaming environment.
During her time at The Star Entertainment Group, Ainslie led change programs through the introduction of new gaming products & innovative technologies, floor configurations (based on gaming analysis) and developed new table games and side bets.
Ainslie is a graduate of RMIT University.
