SenToll is a complete vehicle identity based application management solution for toll plazas. The SenToll solution
- Captures an image of a vehicle,
- Locates the number plate within the image and crops it
- Converts the number plate to a string of text and numerals
- Provide Auxiliary video/images for evidence & Backup
Most Toll Plazas have already installed cameras that capture images of the traffic from the video stream. Their current systems can see the images but cannot use the images as data. They are currently using the images for post auditing purposes. The image data that is being collected is not searchable or easy to query, more often than not it's dumped and/or used to do post event analysis should pilferage or fraud is detected. SenToll solution can be deployed to simplify auditing and minimize pilferage and fraud.
SenToll Solution is easy to deploy (no induction loops or triggers needed for video capture) and is designed to;
- Read over 3000 slow moving (<20km/hr) vehicles per hour.
- Operate 24/7 in all weather conditions including rain and wet conditions using IP66 or above rated cameras.
- Detect vehicles along with their number plates from supplied/pre-installed cameras directly (no dependence on external triggers)
- Detect both retro and non retro-reflective, single and dual line plates using visible light both day and night (with standard metal halide white lights).
- OCR all English number plates with different colours, fonts, backgrounds and sizes (Vernacular fonts are not currently supported)
- Simple to use network enabled, web-based, intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI).
- Interoperate with third-party systems via xml and sql interfaces. (e.g, Access Control, IT systems integration).
- Export data and reports in multiple formats (PDF, CSV).
SenToll solution can:
- Detect, read and store number plates of vehicles visiting the toll plaza
- Populate/Store the number plate images and number plate tags into a database
- Enable the printing of the vehicle number plate image on the receipt generated in the toll booth.
- Generate a event/alert for Multiple Entry of same vehicle (i.e., Multiple Entry Tracking)
- Generate a event/alert for Vehicles with Monthly pass (i.e., Monthly Pass Tracking)
